In the 15th minute Arnaldo Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Dreer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esteban Dreer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnaldo Marquez's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. In the 17thth minute of the game Arnaldo Marquez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kaiser!'s Esteban Dreer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Candelaria FC's Tomás Bonifaco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Candelaria FC from getting a goal against them. But to his dismay, Ugutz Ibañez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Arnaldo Marquez took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Esteban Dreer. Esteban Dreer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 47 minutes into the game, Candelaria FC's Arnaldo Marquez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Esteban Dreer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ugutz Ibañez to make the kick off. Kaiser!'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Díaz Calonge in the 57th minute. The corner ended in Díaz Calonge almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Candelaria FC's Tomás Bonifaco did a great save. Tomás Bonifaco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ugutz Ibañez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Esteban Dreer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sven-Olof Sjöberg went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Antonio Alzamendi put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Esteban Dreer. Esteban Dreer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Alzamendi, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. After a rather tough play, Candelaria FC's Timoteo Michael got a free kick in the 77th minute. After 82 played minutes Kaiser! got a freekick which was hit by Ugutz Ibañez. When Candelaria FC's Antonio Alzamendi in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 92nd minute of the match, Antonio Alzamendi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Esteban Dreer saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Antonio Alzamendis short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Esteban Dreer to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Candelaria FC's Antonio Alzamendi in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A wasted opportunity for Candelaria FC. The Candelaria FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
