The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Pegale De Puntín getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Oscar Frisco hit a great ball. In the 18th minute of the match, Niki Lauda tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ball Hold saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ball Hold came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by RIVER's Domingo Remigio. But to his dismay, Domingo Remigio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Marcial Lordi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Ulizes, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Niki Lauda who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Ball Hold when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 31 minutes into the match, RIVER's Eric Târban sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ball Hold narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marcial Lordi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukács Révész, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cipriano Ulizes took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcial Lordi. Marcial Lordi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. When Pegale De Puntín's Lukács Révész in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye RIVER's goalie prevented a goal. Eric Târban recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Pegale De Puntín booed when RIVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rosendo Osorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th match minute, RIVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Osorio to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, RIVER's Domingo Remigio got a free kick in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

After 53 minutes RIVER's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alejo Gonsalvo who took care of the corner kick. 55 minutes into the match, RIVER's goalkeeper Marcial Lordi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hipolito Cristos. Ball Hold took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Belmiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. RIVER made a substitution. Pipo Benedetto replaced Eric Târban. The supporters of Pegale De Puntín booed when RIVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Gora didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in RIVER's zone, Alejo Gonsalvo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcial Lordi came out of the goal and Alejo Gonsalvo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ball Hold took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Belmiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute of the match, Lukács Révész tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcial Lordi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 75 minutes into the game, Lukács Révész cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Marcial Lordi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 78th match minute, Pegale De Puntín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cyprian Walicki to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Pegale De Puntín's Arnoldo Charro got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 85th minute, Arnoldo Charro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute, Wu Li Zhi made a precise shot to the right of Ball Hold. Pegale De Puntín's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. The supporters of Pegale De Puntín booed when RIVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Rudolfo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute, Lukács Révész got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 93 minutes of play, RIVER's Wu Li Zhi made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ball Hold was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ball Hold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Belmiro in the 96th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pegale De Puntín players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for RIVER.
