FCPorto were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after PAJARRACO FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Paulo Liberato took the corner. Sálvio Poças's late challenge caught a PAJARRACO FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sálvio Poças helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of PAJARRACO FC booed when FCPorto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. The FCPorto fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. PAJARRACO FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
