The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Vinará FC booed when El Kcaizer FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspar Lekubegi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciriaco Frichoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattin Boiro in the 9th minute of play. In the 10thth minute of the game Mattin Boiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Kcaizer FC's Ciriaco Frichoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Mattin Boiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciriaco Frichoso. El Kcaizer FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mattin Boiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Mattin Boiro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ciriaco Frichoso came out and tried to block the shot, but Mattin Boiro slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 27th minute. After some careless play in the El Kcaizer FC defense, Mattin Boiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciriaco Frichoso. The El Kcaizer FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciriaco Frichoso should have stopped the shot. In the 34th minute, Mattin Boiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vinará FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 39th minute, Boleslaw Golob hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 48 minutes Vinará FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mario Quentin who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Vinará FC's goalie and right to Honorio Uxio. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Vinará FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Prospero Tristan to make the kick off. In the 54th minute Mattin Boiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Frichoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Vinará FC's zone, Mario Quentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Konrāds Rabkins came out of the goal and Mario Quentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mario Quentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Konrāds Rabkins made a huge save. If Mattin Boiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Vinará FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Mattin Boiro hit a great ball. When Prospero Tristan fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Kcaizer FC's protests and gave Prospero Tristan a yellow card for diving instead. Prospero Tristan hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Mattin Boiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vinará FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Vinará FC had played much better football throughout.
