The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lisandro Hanni kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Tomás Lucila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luiz de Moraes in the 6th minute of the match. Tomás Lucila made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saverio Ribeiro in the 8th minute. Silver Play 2's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Pedro Luiz de Moraes 14 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Todd Griffiths in the 16thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tomás Lucila, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Heavenly Hooters's Lennie Rusby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodosio Francesco in the 23rd minute of play. Silver Play 2's Tomás Lucila proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Silver Play 2 from getting a goal against them. Tomás Lucila made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Saverio Ribeiro sent off a good shot on target. Heavenly Hooters's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Saverio Ribeiro in the 28th minute. Pedro Luiz de Moraes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Lucila having to interfere. Saverio Ribeiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomás Lucila read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Åke Ugla charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Åke Ugla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 36 played minutes Silver Play 2 got a freekick which was hit by Åke Ugla. In the 44th minute Todd Griffiths shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Lucila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Tomás Lucila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brandon Wright in the 54th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Carlos Carrio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Silver Play 2's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Carrio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lennie Rusby breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomás Lucila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Todd Griffiths in the 61st minute of play. Heavenly Hooters's Saverio Ribeiro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tomás Lucila in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Saverio Ribeiro struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Tomás Lucila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Heavenly Hooters. Damazy Boruta's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lennie Rusby firmly grabbed it by the left post. Tomás Lucila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Ribeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70thth minute of the game Todd Griffiths who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Silver Play 2's Tomás Lucila was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The corner ended in Saverio Ribeiro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Silver Play 2's Tomás Lucila did a great save. Heavenly Hooters's Kevin Byrne was substituted for Shane Beesley. Tomás Lucila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Todd Connery in the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th minute Heavenly Hooters were awarded a corner. Saverio Ribeiro went to the cornerflag to take it. Brandon Wright was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Todd Connery fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Lucila having to interfere. When Heavenly Hooters's Todd Griffiths in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Silver Play 2's goalie prevented a goal. Tomás Lucila came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Heavenly Hooters's Todd Griffiths. But to his dismay, Todd Griffiths quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 92nd minute Brandon Wright shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Lucila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th match minute, Heavenly Hooters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Collier to maneuver through the defense. In the 98th minute the ball was on its way in behind Heavenly Hooters's goalkeeper Lennie Rusby, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 100 minutes Heavenly Hooters's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lisandro Hanni who took care of the corner kick. Silver Play 2's Lisandro Hanni was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lennie Rusby in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Heavenly Hooters fully deserved thier win.
