After a rather tough play, Sandecja's Wincent Ludzia got a free kick in the 2nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Uriel Lleir in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Paraense saved Sandecja from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Uriel Lleir's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Paraense was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. 6 minutes into the match, Uriel Lleir had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Paraense. Sandecja's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Uriel Lleir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 10th minute Motu were awarded a corner. Jim Brandt went to the cornerflag to take it. After having played for 13 minutes, Anastasio Garaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Motu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anastasio Garaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Uriel Lleir put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Thiago Paraense. 22 minutes into the game, Motu's Uriel Lleir nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thiago Paraense made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uriel Lleir in the 26th minute of play forced Sandecja's goalkeeper Thiago Paraense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sandecja's Thiago Paraense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Lleir in the 28th minute of play. Thiago Paraense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uriel Lleir in the 29th minute of the match. Uriel Lleir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute, Uriel Lleir made a precise shot to the right of Thiago Paraense. Sandecja's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. After 43 minutes of play, Motu's Uriel Lleir made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Paraense was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Uriel Lleir in the 46th minute of play forced Sandecja's goalkeeper Thiago Paraense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Motu's Justo Stanislao was substituted for Michaël Albrecht. After a rather tough play, Motu's Edelmiro Filipo got a free kick in the 48th minute. The Sandecja players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Motu were winning 0-8.

Hipolito Osmundo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thiago Paraense having to make a save. Thiago Paraense made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hipolito Osmundo in the 51st minute. After 53 played minutes Sandecja got a freekick which was hit by Iwan Kluczyk. Thiago Paraense acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 53rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jim Brandt. The crowd rose to their feet as Motu's Hipolito Osmundo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Thiago Paraense. That made the score 0-9 after 54 minutes of play. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sandecja's goalkeeper Thiago Paraense, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Hipolito Osmundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sandecja's Thiago Paraense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Sandecja from getting a goal against them. Sandecja's Thiago Paraense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hipolito Osmundo in the 70th minute of play. Thiago Paraense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipolito Osmundo in the 71st minute of play. Hipolito Osmundo had several of the Sandecja's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 75 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-10 score and a disappointed Thiago Paraense as he didn't even see the shot coming. Sandecja's Konstanty Przybyciel was substituted for Patryk Murdza. Hipolito Osmundo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Paraense read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Thiago Paraense was a little too slow when Hipolito Osmundo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 0-11. Sandecja made a substitution. Angelino Cucao replaced Arsenio Soter. 96 minutes into the match, Sandecja's goalkeeper Thiago Paraense had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hipolito Osmundo. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Motu walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
