Paul-Louis Jannes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ferdinand Weijnants could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Ali Adjani made a huge save. Ferdinand Weijnants's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 10thth minute, Ali Adjani skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience was convinced that Adam Sandbakken's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teo De Jonge was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Ferdinand Weijnants scored 1-0 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ali Adjani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Teo De Jonge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Kvaal in the 45th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eddy Laporte stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. KFC Vliegplein's Teo De Jonge proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save KFC Vliegplein from getting a goal against them. Teo De Jonge made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Lars Kvaal sent off a good shot on target. After 59 minutes of play, KFC Vliegplein's Ferdinand Weijnants made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ali Adjani was left in no man's land by his defense there! 62 minutes into the match, KFC Vliegplein's goalkeeper Teo De Jonge had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lars Kvaal. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Reinaert Vischkens managed to get in a good position for a shot. KFC Vliegplein's supporters rose to their feet, but Reinaert Vischkens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ali Adjani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Ferdinand Weijnants's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ali Adjani was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. In the 69th match minute, KFC Vliegplein was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reinaert Vischkens to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the match, Laniakea's goal looked a bit too open when Eddy Laporte came free, but Ali Adjani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute, Tommy Øksendal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. KFC Vliegplein's Eddy Laporte got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 79 played minutes, KFC Vliegplein's Octaaf Bosmans shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ali Adjani came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in KFC Vliegplein reached it. Ali Adjani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinand Weijnants in the 86th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Laniakea's corner Didrik Begum fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Teo De Jonge quite easily take care of the ball. KFC Vliegplein were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Laniakea for a fine match.
