Gustavo Unai made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Gustavo Unai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Colon Primero in the 14th minute of play. Gustavo Unai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Leguizamón, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Colon Primero took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Gustavo Unai to make any attempt to save it. Colon Primero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Gustavo Unai made a huge save. BURITIS FC's Gustavo Unai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save BURITIS FC from getting a goal against them. 28 minutes into the match, Marcelo Reno notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of BURITIS FC's Gustavo Unai. Gustavo Unai was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The BURITIS FC fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when BURITIS FC's Rubens Reis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Colon Primero in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gustavo Unai, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 40 minutes, Vito da Mata managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BURITIS FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vito da Mata was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, BURITIS FC's Gustavo Unai got control of the ball when Marcelo Reno tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Colon Primero to strike the kick off in the second half. Gustavo Unai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Colon Primero in the 51st minute of play. 52 minutes into the match, BURITIS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Leguizamón came free, but Gustavo Unai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Gong Yang Xi notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of BURITIS FC's Gustavo Unai. Gustavo Unai was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Colon Primero in the 58th minute of play forced BURITIS FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Unai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernard Zielinski kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Gong Yang Xi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gustavo Unai. BURITIS FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rubens Reis got free with Genaro Iraitz in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gustavo Unai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Colon Primero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute, one of BURITIS FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for BURITIS FC. Through an outstanding action, after 74 minutes, Genaro Iraitz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. BURITIS FC's Gustavo Unai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Bilbo in the 77th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Edson Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute Gong Yang Xi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Unai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseo Xacintu scored 8-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustavo Unai, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of BURITIS FC booed when Echegoyen AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Xacintu didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Echegoyen AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
