Gustavo Unai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Oskar Lund, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 18th minute Agostinho Carneiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kazimierz Wielkopolski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flying Hellfish's Karl Howarth got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gustavo Unai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl Howarth in the 21st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Karl Howarth's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gustavo Unai was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. In the 26th minute, Karl Howarth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. BURITIS FC's Gustavo Unai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Howarth in the 28th minute of play. After 29 minutes BURITIS FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Everitt Obree who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to BURITIS FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Vito da Mata hit a great ball. Gustavo Unai was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Karl Howarth showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 31 minute of play. Gustavo Unai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Afloroaiei in the 37th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Afloroaiei in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustavo Unai saved BURITIS FC from getting behind. In the 43rd minute, BURITIS FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Afloroaiei fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jerônimo Linhares charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jerônimo Linhares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Agostinho Carneiro made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl-Oskar Lund in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustavo Unai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Daniel Afloroaiei came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Flying Hellfish fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Afloroaiei couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Afloroaiei in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustavo Unai saved BURITIS FC from getting behind. After 58 minutes of play, Flying Hellfish's Daniel Afloroaiei made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustavo Unai was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 61st match minute, BURITIS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Pombal to maneuver through the defense. Gustavo Unai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Afloroaiei in the 62nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in BURITIS FC's zone, Daniel Afloroaiei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustavo Unai came out of the goal and Daniel Afloroaiei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustavo Unai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Afloroaiei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Afloroaiei might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustavo Unai. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Afloroaiei ran back to his position shaking his head. Gustavo Unai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Afloroaiei in the 68th minute of play. Flying Hellfish's Everitt Obree quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Joel Pombal, made in the 70th minute of the game. Daniel Afloroaiei scored 3-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustavo Unai, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 77 minutes into the game, Flying Hellfish's Daniel Afloroaiei nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gustavo Unai made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Gustavo Unai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Afloroaiei, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Daniel Afloroaiei scored 5-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustavo Unai, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Flying Hellfish's Michael Miels got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 97 minutes, Daniel Afloroaiei made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. BURITIS FC's Gustavo Unai tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that Flying Hellfish were the better team. Flying Hellfish's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
