In the 2nd minute Tomas Öhlmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Răzvan Fințescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Răzvan Fințescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Öhlmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Seijas in the 5th minute of play forced Lunáticos FC's goalkeeper Răzvan Fințescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7thth minute of the game Tomas Öhlmann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lunáticos FC's Răzvan Fințescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Răzvan Fințescu came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Blackblue United's Sixto Seijas. But to his dismay, Sixto Seijas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Lunáticos FC's zone, Sixto Seijas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Răzvan Fințescu came out of the goal and Sixto Seijas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Öhlmann in the 21st minute of play forced Lunáticos FC's goalkeeper Răzvan Fințescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Sixto Seijas sped through Lunáticos FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Răzvan Fințescu. 25 minutes into the game, Tomas Öhlmann cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Răzvan Fințescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. González Llarena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Răzvan Fințescu having to make a save. Răzvan Fințescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Seijas, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Lunáticos FC's Răzvan Fințescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Öhlmann in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Sixto Seijas made a precise shot to the right of Răzvan Fințescu. Lunáticos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Sixto Seijas might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Răzvan Fințescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sixto Seijas ran back to his position shaking his head. After 40th play minutes Tomas Öhlmann shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Răzvan Fințescu and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Öhlmann in the 45th minute of play forced Lunáticos FC's goalkeeper Răzvan Fințescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Tomas Öhlmann's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Răzvan Fințescu was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. The supporters of Lunáticos FC booed when Blackblue United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniz Tan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Christiano Pombal hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Lunáticos FC's Jeremias Santos got a free kick in the 55th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Lunáticos FC's goalkeeper Răzvan Fințescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Öhlmann. After taking down the ball on Blackblue United's corner Maximiliano Abuleta fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Răzvan Fințescu quite easily take care of the ball. Răzvan Fințescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sixto Seijas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Blackblue United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sixto Seijas in the 61st minute. Blackblue United's Sixto Seijas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Răzvan Fințescu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 70thth minute of the game Sixto Seijas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lunáticos FC's Răzvan Fințescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Blackblue United's Sixto Seijas in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lunáticos FC's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Lunáticos FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Haroldo Martins hit a great ball. When Tomas Öhlmann came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Blackblue United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Öhlmann couldn't finish the play. In the 73rd minute, Walmir Britto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Blackblue United were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after Lunáticos FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sixto Seijas took the corner. In the 79th minute of the match Sixto Seijas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Răzvan Fințescu skillfully saved the ball. With an all-out effort, Blackblue United's Răzvan Fințescu threw himself towards the right post 80 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sixto Seijas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Öhlmann in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Răzvan Fințescu saved Lunáticos FC from getting behind. Lunáticos FC's Răzvan Fințescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Lunáticos FC from getting a goal against them. Zézinho Lago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aivars Tautvaiss having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of Lunáticos FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Blackblue United:s goal. In the 90th minute, Sixto Seijas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Răzvan Fințescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Sixto Seijas hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Lunáticos FC's zone, Tomas Öhlmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Răzvan Fințescu came out of the goal and Tomas Öhlmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 97 played minutes Lunáticos FC got a freekick which was hit by Joel Paraíba. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Blackblue United walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
