Alvaro Marchesani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kacper Piekarczyk in the 13th minute of play. Giannis Chatziioannou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Gustaw Kosmatka made a huge save. Alvaro Marchesani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcin Galaska, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 17th minute of the game. One of Karpaty Krosno:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sconvols United:s goal. Karpaty Krosno:s Gustaw Kosmatka showed great skill when he stopped Giannis Chatziioannou:s penalty. Alvaro Marchesani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kacper Piekarczyk in the 22nd minute of play. In the 28th minute Cyprian Gizynski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Marchesani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giannis Chatziioannou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustaw Kosmatka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Giannis Chatziioannou recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gustaw Kosmatka. The Karpaty Krosno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustaw Kosmatka should have stopped the shot. If Giannis Chatziioannou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 44 minutes, Wojciech Kluska mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karpaty Krosno and the Sconvols United players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, Karpaty Krosno's Gustaw Kosmatka got control of the ball when Giannis Chatziioannou tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Gustaw Kosmatka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giannis Chatziioannou in the 69th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giannis Chatziioannou in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustaw Kosmatka saved Karpaty Krosno from getting behind. 74 minutes into the game, Sconvols United's Giannis Chatziioannou nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gustaw Kosmatka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After 78 minutes of play, Sconvols United's Giannis Chatziioannou made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustaw Kosmatka was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gustaw Kosmatka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giannis Chatziioannou in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Karpaty Krosno's goalkeeper Gustaw Kosmatka, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Giannis Chatziioannou took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustaw Kosmatka. Gustaw Kosmatka dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0.
