Preator Edikt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Plumerillo the free kick. In the 4th match minute, Preator Edikt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jiang to maneuver through the defense. Abel Matro made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Horia Tătaru sent off a good shot on target. In the 11th minute, Casimiro Asier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan Pihlberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Abel Matro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Horia Tătaru's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute Preator Edikt were awarded a corner. Fellipe Vianna went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Preator Edikt's Fellipe Vianna to fire away a dangerous shot which Abel Matro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Ashley Cole had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Preator Edikt's Jan Pihlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Fernández in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Preator Edikt's Bernt Larsson seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bernt Larsson the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Preator Edikt protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bernt Larsson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Plumerillo a penalty, 26 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tanek Poreda, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Preator Edikt's Jan Pihlberg. 0-2. Jan Pihlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Fernández, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Casimiro Asier received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jan Pihlberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Casimiro Asier slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 53rd minute. In the 57th minute, Eugeniusz Koczara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Fellipe Vianna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Preator Edikt's supporters rose to their feet, but Fellipe Vianna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abel Matro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Preator Edikt's Jan Pihlberg got control of the ball when Casimiro Asier tried to sneak it across the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Plumerillo's goal looked a bit too open when Horia Tătaru came free, but Abel Matro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abel Matro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horia Tătaru in the 68th minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horia Tătaru couldn't finish the play. 72 minutes into the match, Preator Edikt's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Gonzo came free, but Jan Pihlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Plumerillo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fryderyk Gorzkiewicz was slow to take the kick. During this time Preator Edikt's players had a chance to rest. Horia Tătaru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abel Matro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Plumerillo had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
