Miguel Almiron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Matro having to interfere. Eugen Remus made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Ignacio Fernández sent off a good shot on target. Pau Torres kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. With a little luck, Greenbay's Eugen Remus got control of the ball when Casimiro Asier tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Plumerillo's goalkeeper Abel Matro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bahadırhan Yılğıralp kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mesut Özil in the 22nd minute of play forced Plumerillo's goalkeeper Abel Matro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Mesut Özil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abel Matro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Mesut Özil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Abel Matro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bahadırhan Yılğıralp hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute, Ignacio Fernández hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Casimiro Asier came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Plumerillo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casimiro Asier couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 55thth minute of the game Ignacio Fernández who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Greenbay's Eugen Remus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After taking down the ball on Plumerillo's corner Tanek Poreda fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eugen Remus quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Plumerillo booed when Greenbay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mesut Özil didn't get a good kick on the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Mesut Özil recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Abel Matro. Mesut Özil showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacobo Gonzo in the 66th minute of play forced Greenbay's goalkeeper Eugen Remus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abel Matro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mesut Özil went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Abel Matro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Almiron in the 73rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Plumerillo's Abel Matro got control of the ball when Mesut Özil tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 77th minute, Nial Messenger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugen Remus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Asier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute Ignacio Fernández shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugen Remus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Greenbay's Mesut Özil sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abel Matro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eugen Remus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Gonzo in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Ignacio Fernández hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Plumerillo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Greenbay's performance. The match ended with a win for Greenbay.
