Dick Vedholm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulinho Hoffmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 16th minute 庄杰坤 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emerson Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Laguna Sunrise FC booed when Black Diamond was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. The coaching staff of Laguna Sunrise FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Hélder de Lima had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Laguna Sunrise FC:s Emerson Leão showed great skill when he stopped Stelian Hortopan:s penalty. In the 65th minute, 庄杰坤 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 7-0 when 庄杰坤 sped through Laguna Sunrise FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Emerson Leão. Stelian Hortopan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Emerson Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 庄杰坤 in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emerson Leão saved Laguna Sunrise FC from getting behind.
