Laguna Sunrise FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 5th minute, when Gogo Dancer scored to the left of an out of position Emerson Leão, making the score, 1-0. Gogo Dancer struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Emerson Leão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vännäsby BF. Emerson Leão made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Gogo Dancer sent off a good shot on target. Gogo Dancer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emerson Leão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Laguna Sunrise FC's Emerson Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Dancer in the 14th minute of play. Thomas Petersson hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gogo Dancer in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emerson Leão saved Laguna Sunrise FC from getting behind. Arnaldo Marquez kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Gogo Dancer's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Emerson Leão skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 30 minutes into the match, Gogo Dancer dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emerson Leão, 3-0. Emerson Leão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gogo Dancer in the 33rd minute. Vännäsby BF's Malte Jupin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Emerson Leão in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Malte Jupin struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Emerson Leão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vännäsby BF. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raimundo Derwin during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulinho Hoffmann made a kick off. Gogo Dancer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emerson Leão having to make a save. Laguna Sunrise FC's Emerson Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Dancer in the 53rd minute of play. Hilario Chus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emerson Leão having to interfere. Vännäsby BF's Gogo Dancer got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gogo Dancer might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emerson Leão. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gogo Dancer ran back to his position shaking his head. Kim Kallstrøm kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Laguna Sunrise FC's goalkeeper Emerson Leão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vännäsby BF were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Laguna Sunrise FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Malte Jupin took the corner. Ronny Tiger made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Juan Andrade sent off a good shot on target. It was a well-played corner which Paulinho Hoffmann managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Emerson Leão came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Vännäsby BF's Gogo Dancer. But to his dismay, Gogo Dancer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After a rather tough play, Laguna Sunrise FC's Arnaldo Marquez got a free kick in the 88th minute. Vännäsby BF's Gogo Dancer got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Laguna Sunrise FC's Emerson Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Dancer in the 90th minute of play. Emerson Leão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Dancer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vännäsby BF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
