Thanos Pappageorge had in the 17thth minute some difficulties stopping Yannik Meersmans's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ksawery Witek in the 21st minute of play forced Lopidato FC's goalkeeper Maximiliano Mundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanos Pappageorge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yannik Meersmans in the 25th minute of the match. Thanos Pappageorge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herman De Strijcker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 34 played minutes Lopidato FC got a freekick which was hit by Xander-Paul Kerselaers. 38 minutes into the match, Drumcode's Froilan Mino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximiliano Mundo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Lopidato FC's Herman De Strijcker dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Thanos Pappageorge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herman De Strijcker, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After 45 minutes, Damian Nabar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Drumcode and the Lopidato FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Lopidato FC booed when Drumcode was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Nabar didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Maximiliano Mundo came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Drumcode's Cesar Carignano. But to his dismay, Cesar Carignano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 61st minute, Fabio-Roman Van Alboom had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Enis Behiç Ünsaç charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Enis Behiç Ünsaç the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 62 played minutes Lopidato FC got a freekick which was hit by Enis Behiç Ünsaç. Froilan Mino struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Maximiliano Mundo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Drumcode. If Froilan Mino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th match minute, Drumcode was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Benet to maneuver through the defense. Thanos Pappageorge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demirhan Sağınç in the 68th minute of the match. The supporters of Lopidato FC booed when Drumcode was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesar Carignano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Lopidato FC's Renaud Van der Vloedt got a free kick in the 72nd minute. A hard shot by Apolo Matei from long distance, 73 minutes into the match, got Maximiliano Mundo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Froilan Mino got free with Maximiliano Mundo in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Drumcode's Froilan Mino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maximiliano Mundo. That made the score 1-2 after 79 minutes of play. Lopidato FC's Stephen Smidts was substituted for Dominic Cornelis. Froilan Mino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Lopidato FC's zone, Froilan Mino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximiliano Mundo came out of the goal and Froilan Mino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded Drumcode left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Lopidato FC.
