With a little luck, Amaranthus's Anton Brander got control of the ball when Pastor Gitano tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 4th minute, Figueira SC FSCMZ's Pastor Gitano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Amaranthus's goal looked a bit too open when Yuri Reis came free, but Anton Brander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pastor Gitano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Anton Brander made a huge save. 11 minutes into the match, Amaranthus's goalkeeper Anton Brander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cássio Guimarães. In the 18th minute, Figueira SC FSCMZ's Pastor Gitano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Anton Brander. Anton Brander yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Anton Brander made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Yuri Reis sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Amaranthus getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Zheng Feng Wei hit a great ball. Malin Koshkov, 23 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Amaranthus's Anton Brander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Amaranthus from getting a goal against them. Anton Brander made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Pastor Gitano sent off a good shot on target. 35 minutes into the match, Amaranthus's goalkeeper Anton Brander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernhard Kuinke. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pastor Gitano in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anton Brander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anton Brander made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pastor Gitano in the 42nd minute. Pastor Gitano might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anton Brander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pastor Gitano ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 46th minute, Reinaldo Jaen made a precise shot to the right of Femke Bol. Figueira SC FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Reinaldo Jaen to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Yuri Reis made a precise shot to the right of Anton Brander. Amaranthus's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. In the 59th minute, Bror Alebeck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th match minute, Amaranthus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bror Alebeck to maneuver through the defense. After 61 minutes of play, Figueira SC FSCMZ's Pastor Gitano made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anton Brander was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Amaranthus's Bror Alebeck got a free kick in the 66th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Amaranthus's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Gitano came free, but Anton Brander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Figueira SC FSCMZ fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when Figueira SC FSCMZ's Pastor Gitano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Amaranthus's Genílson Meireles was substituted for Emil Frisck. Yuri Reis kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the game, Figueira SC FSCMZ's Yuri Reis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anton Brander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şakir Aydınoğlu in the 82nd minute of play forced Amaranthus's goalkeeper Anton Brander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zheng Feng Wei hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Amaranthus's zone, Şakir Aydınoğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anton Brander came out of the goal and Şakir Aydınoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Figueira SC FSCMZ's Pastor Gitano in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Amaranthus's goalie prevented a goal. Femke Bol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reinaldo Jaen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pastor Gitano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Amaranthus defense, Abelardo Veloso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anton Brander. The Amaranthus fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anton Brander should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Figueira SC FSCMZ fully deserved thier win.
