After 13 played minutes MALZBIER got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Laguna. After 14 played minutes Amaranthus got a freekick which was hit by Bror Lövgren. Huang Yi Qians short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Anton Brander to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After having played for 18 minutes, Reinaldo Jaen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amaranthus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reinaldo Jaen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Félix Mielle didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reinaldo Jaen went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Amaranthus's zone, Yuri Loureiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anton Brander came out of the goal and Yuri Loureiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Reinaldo Jaen came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Amaranthus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reinaldo Jaen couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute Gonçalo Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Brander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yuri Loureiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Huang Yi Qian's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Anton Brander skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.
