The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Goren in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jerom Quvelirs saved El Retorno de Palermo from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Valentin Pacifico kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jerom Quvelirs. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Jerom Quvelirs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Pacifico in the 14th minute of the match. Gearard 诸葛亮 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zygmunt Malik, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. El Retorno de Palermo's Jerom Quvelirs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 任坤克 in the 21st minute of play. If Mark Jespersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conrad Portas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jerom Quvelirs having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zygmunt Malik in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gearard 诸葛亮 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, 大汉•钓鱼岛's Martin Goren got a free kick in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zygmunt Malik in the 39th minute of play forced 大汉•钓鱼岛's goalkeeper Gearard 诸葛亮 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mohamed Basso was the one to do the kick off. 大汉•钓鱼岛 were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after El Retorno de Palermo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 任坤克 took the corner. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nunez Walme got free with Gearard 诸葛亮 in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 大汉•钓鱼岛's Gearard 诸葛亮 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save 大汉•钓鱼岛 from getting a goal against them. Mikus Linkūns struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Gearard 诸葛亮 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Retorno de Palermo. 大汉•钓鱼岛 made a substitution. 苏克鸿 replaced Mark Jespersson. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in 大汉•钓鱼岛 reached it. After 79 minutes of play, 大汉•钓鱼岛's Martin Goren made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jerom Quvelirs was left in no man's land by his defense there! For all the effort they put into the match, the El Retorno de Palermo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
