When Abdika Philip fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salud y República's protests and gave Abdika Philip a yellow card for diving instead. 33 minutes into the game, Nisio Riba was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Salud y República's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jonstorp FK the free kick. Nisio Riba hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 35th match minute, Salud y República was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cai Ocaña to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute, Salud y República's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Malcolm Lundin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 80 played minutes Jonstorp FK got a freekick which was hit by Simon Strand. 83 minutes into the match, Fredrik Soned had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juan Carlos Suciu. Salud y República's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fredrik Soned was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. If Mauricio Astudillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Jonstorp FK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! Jan-Ove Springfält had in the 94thth minute some difficulties stopping Cai Ocaña's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Juan Carlos Suciu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Rosén in the 96th minute of play. In the 98th match minute, Salud y República was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Doblas to maneuver through the defense. Salud y República's Juan Carlos Suciu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhu Shu Yang in the 99th minute of play. Jonstorp FK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
