An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Lorenzo in the 18th minute of play forced Ensenada's goalkeeper Esteve Blanco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Honorato Manex in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Esteve Blanco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Esteve Blanco came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by El Golden Volvió!'s Honorato Manex. But to his dismay, Honorato Manex quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Esteve Blanco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Folkert Engelaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Ensenada defense, Honorato Manex kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Esteve Blanco. The Ensenada fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Esteve Blanco should have stopped the shot. 29 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when El Golden Volvió!'s Honorato Manex fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. 32 minutes into the match, Marcos Lorenzo notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Ensenada's Esteve Blanco. Esteve Blanco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 34th minute, Marcos Lorenzo made a precise shot to the right of Esteve Blanco. Ensenada's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Esteve Blanco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulgencio Araoz in the 39th minute of play. Esteve Blanco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorato Manex in the 45th minute of play. A collision led to Ensenada getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Han Guo hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Honorato Manex was the one to do the kick off. Cristobal Patxi took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teodosio Nuxila. Teodosio Nuxila dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. After a rather tough play, Ensenada's Erasmo Firme got a free kick in the 57th minute. Esteve Blanco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damian Urko in the 58th minute. The audience was convinced that Honorato Manex's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Esteve Blanco was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Esteve Blanco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Honorato Manex's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Esteve Blanco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorato Manex in the 67th minute of the match. Esteve Blanco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Folkert Engelaar in the 69th minute. Codruț Buzescu took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Esteve Blanco. Esteve Blanco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. Esteve Blanco made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Marcos Lorenzo sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Ensenada's Esteve Blanco got control of the ball when Damian Urko tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcos Lorenzo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Esteve Blanco made a huge save. Esteve Blanco was a little too slow when Folkert Engelaar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 1-7. 88 minutes into the game, Fausto Lertxun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ensenada's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Golden Volvió! the free kick. In the 88th minute, Fausto Lertxun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Folkert Engelaar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Esteve Blanco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded El Golden Volvió! left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ensenada.
