Without hesitation aimed to the right of Saad Dar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Marcos Lorenzo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 2ndth minute tested the skills of Saad Dar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 6th minute Honorato Manex shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saad Dar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brett Cordrey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 14 played minutes Bolivar got a freekick which was hit by Hemza Aliche. Teodosio Nuxila came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Bolivar's Tedj Sellal. But to his dismay, Tedj Sellal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 26th minute Tedj Sellal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Nuxila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute, Honorato Manex reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Saad Dar. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 33rd minute, Tedj Sellal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bolivar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Saad Dar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Araoz in the 38th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Bolivar defense, Fulgencio Araoz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saad Dar. The Bolivar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saad Dar should have stopped the shot. 43 minutes into the match, El Golden Volvió!'s goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Stöckert came free, but Teodosio Nuxila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bolivar's Saad Dar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorato Manex in the 46th minute of play.

Bolivar's Romulo Cesario was substituted for Patrik Stöckert. The wind increased when Marcos Lorenzo made the kick off in the second half. Tedj Sellal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Teodosio Nuxila came out and tried to block the shot, but Tedj Sellal slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 52nd minute. Saad Dar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Lorenzo in the 55th minute of play. In the 58th minute Marcos Lorenzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saad Dar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tedj Sellal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Teodosio Nuxila made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Lorenzo in the 65th minute of play forced Bolivar's goalkeeper Saad Dar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saad Dar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Folkert Engelaar, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Conrado Tome's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Saad Dar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. In the 78th minute Brett Cordrey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Nuxila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Codruț Buzescu made in the 81st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Bolivar's Esteban Calderero. 84 minutes into the match, Bolivar's goal looked a bit too open when Folkert Engelaar came free, but Saad Dar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to El Golden Volvió! getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Marcos Lorenzo hit a great ball. Saad Dar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorato Manex, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute.
