The Sacri FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arvid Bremming should have stopped the shot. 14 minutes into the match, Sacri FC's goal looked a bit too open when Graeme McRobie came free, but Arvid Bremming reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The wind increased when Fredric Rudqvist made the kick off in the second half. Graeme McRobie might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arvid Bremming. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Graeme McRobie ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 95th minute Fredric Rudqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesse McJames saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Smiddy Celts's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
