Frank Fiori was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 19th match minute, ErbaA KartaLı was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ensar Açar to maneuver through the defense. After 23 played minutes BK Ugglan got a freekick which was hit by Adam Christoffersson. Alesandro Nesta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Gustav Norberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ErbaA KartaLı's Frank Fiori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Sundberg in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to ErbaA KartaLı getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ensar Açar hit a great ball. In the 35th minute Jim Kråk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Fiori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jim Kråk in the 36th minute of play forced ErbaA KartaLı's goalkeeper Frank Fiori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Thomas Sundberg made a precise shot to the right of Frank Fiori. ErbaA KartaLı's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 46 minutes into the match, ErbaA KartaLı's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Sundberg came free, but Frank Fiori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Serter Doğay to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Serter Doğay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ErbaA KartaLı and the BK Ugglan players grew even worse after the yellow card. ErbaA KartaLı's Abdullatif Zafer quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Urban Wennerlund, made in the 68th minute of the game. A collision led to BK Ugglan getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Adam Christoffersson hit a great ball. Gustav Norberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serter Doğay in the 75th minute of the match. BK Ugglan's Bror Bruhn was substituted for Dong Ting Fan. A sloppy throw-in by Bror Bruhn in the 90th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ErbaA KartaLı's Abdullatif Zafer. Gustav Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serter Doğay in the 90th minute of play. Abdullatif Zafer hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The BK Ugglan supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BK Ugglan would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
