Spectators: 7467 (Terracing: 5601, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pelle Maradona kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Pelle Maradona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edmundo Catarinense. Wolf's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pelle Maradona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 9 minutes into the match, Villa La Perla's goal looked a bit too open when Murilo Monteiro came free, but Adan Bembe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adan Bembe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Geovanni Cordeiro in the 10th minute. In the 10th minute of the match, Geovanni Cordeiro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Adan Bembe was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Edmundo Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Playo in the 11th minute of the match. Marcelo Sayveon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmundo Catarinense having to interfere. Enio Alvarenga's late challenge caught a Villa La Perla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enio Alvarenga helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Wolf's Enio Alvarenga got a free kick in the 21st minute. Edmundo Catarinense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pelle Maradona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Pelle Maradona notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Wolf's Edmundo Catarinense. Edmundo Catarinense was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcelo Sayveon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edmundo Catarinense having to make a save. Edmundo Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Playo in the 34th minute of play. Edmundo Catarinense came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Villa La Perla's Pelle Maradona. But to his dismay, Pelle Maradona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 40 minutes into the game, Hortêncio Fantini recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adan Bembe. Hortêncio Fantini showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. After 42 minutes of play Wolf's Enio Alvarenga was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Wolf's Enio Alvarenga got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After the first half Villa La Perla were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 63 played minutes Villa La Perla got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Machado. 65 minutes into the match, Villa La Perla's goal looked a bit too open when Hortêncio Fantini came free, but Adan Bembe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Wolf's goal looked a bit too open when Pelle Maradona came free, but Edmundo Catarinense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edmundo Catarinense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pelle Maradona's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pelle Maradona in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edmundo Catarinense prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fernandinho de Godoi tried to clear up in front of Edmundo Catarinense but instead he got an unlucky hit on the ball which made it go via the left pole into goal meaning 1-4 in the 68th matchminute. A very disappointing self made goal. Edmundo Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pelle Maradona in the 72nd minute of play. Edmundo Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pelle Maradona in the 76th minute of the match. The supporters of Villa La Perla booed when Wolf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Murilo Monteiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute, Hugo Jago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 96 played minutes Villa La Perla got a freekick which was hit by Cristobal Paez. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Villa La Perla walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
