Spectators: 7456 (Terracing: 5593, Seating: 1714, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Waldir Cearense started the match with the kick off. The corner led F.C. KASABALI 45's Ümit Salik to fire away a dangerous shot which Frank Netto despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Murathan Samih's late challenge caught a Tamboril's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Murathan Samih helped the player get up and apologised. Murathan Samih kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. KASABALI 45's zone, Waldir Cearense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Turgay Şeren came out of the goal and Waldir Cearense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Murathan Samih in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frank Netto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 19th minute, Tamboril's Enrique Berger ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Turgay Şeren. Turgay Şeren yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Ümit Salik managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. KASABALI 45's supporters rose to their feet, but Ümit Salik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frank Netto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Enrique Berger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Turgay Şeren made a huge save. F.C. KASABALI 45's Turgay Şeren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loïc Duprey in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by F.C. KASABALI 45's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Loïc Duprey was slow to take the kick. During this time Tamboril's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ümit Salik in the 34th minute of play forced Tamboril's goalkeeper Frank Netto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Enrique Berger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute of the match, Waldir Cearense got a very nice opportunity to score, but Turgay Şeren was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ümit Salik stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Frederico Gonçalves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Turgay Şeren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waldir Cearense took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Turgay Şeren. Turgay Şeren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 59 minutes into the match, F.C. KASABALI 45's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Berger came free, but Turgay Şeren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 60 played minutes F.C. KASABALI 45 got a freekick which was hit by Hami Altuncuoğlu. Turgay Şeren came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Tamboril's Waldir Cearense. But to his dismay, Waldir Cearense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 64th minute, Waldir Cearense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Turgay Şeren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldir Cearense in the 68th minute of the match. A hard shot 69 in the game by Ümit Salik from a close distance when the talented Frank Netto managed to make a qualified save. Tamboril's players were relieved. Tamboril's Frank Netto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hakan Şükür in the 70th minute of play. Frank Netto made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Tolga Tuğser sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Loïc Duprey in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Turgay Şeren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Murathan Samih's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frank Netto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. In the 77th minute Ümit Salik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Netto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, Hakan Şükür hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the match, Waldir Cearense notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of F.C. KASABALI 45's Turgay Şeren. Turgay Şeren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Murathan Samih fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Netto having to interfere. Loïc Duprey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Turgay Şeren having to interfere. Ertunç Uzalp hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute of the match Loïc Duprey shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Turgay Şeren showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tamboril fully deserved thier win.
