In the 14thth minute of the game Clemente Antunes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wolf's Edmundo Catarinense was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eurico Cordeiro hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Tamboril's goal looked a bit too open when Geovanni Cordeiro came free, but Frank Netto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Wolf's Geovanni Cordeiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Frank Netto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hortêncio Fantini hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Waldir Cearense got free with Edmundo Catarinense in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 28 minutes into the match, Wolf's goalkeeper Edmundo Catarinense had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Waldir Cearense. A collision led to Wolf getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Isaltino Secco hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Enrique Berger notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Wolf's Edmundo Catarinense. Edmundo Catarinense was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 35th minute, Tamboril's Waldir Cearense dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Wolf's Edmundo Catarinense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Wolf from getting a goal against them. Murilo Monteiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Loïc Duprey took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Edmundo Catarinense to make any attempt to save it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Edmundo Catarinense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldir Cearense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geovanni Cordeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Enrique Berger fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tamboril's protests and gave Enrique Berger a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th match minute, Tamboril was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Berger to maneuver through the defense. After 58 minutes, Eurico Cordeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tamboril and the Wolf players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tamboril fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! Wolfs' Frank Netto just managed to throw himself towards the right post in the 59thth minute after Elói Guerras penalty, and stop a certain goal. After 60 minutes Tamboril's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Elói Guerra who took care of the corner kick. Edmundo Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loïc Duprey in the 61st minute of the match. Edmundo Catarinense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldir Cearense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geovanni Cordeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Netto having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Wolf's zone, Waldir Cearense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmundo Catarinense came out of the goal and Waldir Cearense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hortêncio Fantini kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 72 minutes into the game, Tamboril's Enrique Berger nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edmundo Catarinense made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. If Geovanni Cordeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tamboril's Frank Netto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Tamboril from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Wolf booed when Tamboril was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Berger didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute Enrique Berger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmundo Catarinense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Loïc Duprey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmundo Catarinense having to interfere. Frank Netto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murilo Monteiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Tamboril's Loïc Duprey got a free kick in the 96th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tamboril fully deserved thier win.
