Spectators: 7441 (Terracing: 5582, Seating: 1711, VIP seats: 148) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Waldir Cearense got the match started through his kick off. Christiano Freitas kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Lobster if's Helge Trillkott tried to score from far away in the 3rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Lobster if's zone, Loïc Duprey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benne Cider came out of the goal and Loïc Duprey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lobster if's Benne Cider played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldir Cearense in the 6th minute of play. When Waldir Cearense came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Tamboril fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldir Cearense couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Tamboril's Frank Netto got control of the ball when Helge Trillkott tried to sneak it across the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Loïc Duprey cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Benne Cider was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Olov Hedvall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Netto having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Waldir Cearense had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benne Cider. Lobster if's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Waldir Cearense was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 32 minutes into the match, Lobster if's goal looked a bit too open when Waldir Cearense came free, but Benne Cider reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benne Cider didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Waldir Cearense went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After 39 minutes of play, Lobster if's Helge Trillkott made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frank Netto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Helge Trillkott made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loïc Duprey in the 51st minute of play forced Lobster if's goalkeeper Benne Cider to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elói Esteves kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Frederico Gonçalves had several of the Lobster if's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 60 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-4 score and a disappointed Benne Cider as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 64th minute, Loïc Duprey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benne Cider took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loïc Duprey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Helge Trillkott in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Frank Netto saved Tamboril from getting behind. In the 83rd minute, Waldir Cearense made a precise shot to the right of Benne Cider. Lobster if's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. After 86 played minutes Lobster if got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Cruz. In the 92nd minute Loïc Duprey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benne Cider saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tamboril walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
