A nice corner shot did that Andres Musko got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Simon Hori quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 23rd minute José Puch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Tajo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Dylan Sarmiento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felipe Tajo was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. C.del.U FC's Felipe Tajo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Puch in the 44th minute of play. Showtime FC's Dylan Sarmiento got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The C.del.U FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Showtime FC were winning 1-2.

Omar Dominic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felipe Tajo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Puch in the 52nd minute of play. Showtime FC's Simon Hori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Sein in the 55th minute of play. Dylan Sarmiento was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 56th minute. Showtime FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 60 minutes into the match, Showtime FC's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Sein came free, but Simon Hori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, C.del.U FC's Håkan Wennersten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Simon Hori narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dylan Sarmiento's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felipe Tajo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. With a little luck, C.del.U FC's Felipe Tajo got control of the ball when Fabian Todor tried to sneak it across the goal line.
