Godofredo Abella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils-Åke Hedvall in the 12th minute of the match. After 13 played minutes MAN FC got a freekick which was hit by Teodosio Orti. When Boris Vollberg fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mockfjärd's protests and gave Boris Vollberg a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of MAN FC booed when Mockfjärd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boris Vollberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute of the match, Mariusz Kaczanka tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Pablo Campodónico saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, Mockfjärd's Pablo Campodónico got control of the ball when Mariusz Kaczanka tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Ekström in the 24th minute of play forced MAN FC's goalkeeper Godofredo Abella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, MAN FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nils-Åke Hedvall came free, but Godofredo Abella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariusz Kaczanka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 67th minute, Mariusz Kaczanka ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pablo Campodónico was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 69th match minute, Mockfjärd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils-Åke Hedvall to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute of the match Mariusz Kaczanka sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pablo Campodónico skillfully saved the ball. Mariusz Kaczanka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Pablo Campodónico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. MAN FC's Rolando Gamus was substituted for Paulino Hotz.
