Spectators: 7564 (Terracing: 5674, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 151) Cederik De Roost started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Thanks to some nice moves Zdeněk Zápotocký could shoot a difficult shot in the 5th minute, which Godofredo Abella however easily saved by the left post. MAN FC's Godofredo Abella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walmir Moraes in the 8th minute of play. Zdeněk Zápotocký came free with the goalkeeper in the 9th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Godofredo Abella could save by the left post. 10 minutes in the game, Emilio Osasun fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Godofredo Abella having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Walmir Moraes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Godofredo Abella was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. MAN FC's Godofredo Abella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walmir Moraes in the 18th minute of play. Alfredinho Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Godofredo Abella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walmir Moraes in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute Marcelino Hug shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anastasios Bouroutzikas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anastasios Bouroutzikas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cederik De Roost in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Walmir Moraes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Godofredo Abella was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Anastasios Bouroutzikas came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by MAN FC's Cederik De Roost. But to his dismay, Cederik De Roost quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. With a little luck, MAN FC's Godofredo Abella got control of the ball when Zdeněk Zápotocký tried to sneak it across the goal line. MAN FC's Godofredo Abella proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save MAN FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Cederik De Roost managed to get in a good position for a shot. MAN FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cederik De Roost was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anastasios Bouroutzikas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfredinho Machado to make the kick off. Walmir Moraes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. MAN FC's Godofredo Abella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zdeněk Zápotocký in the 53rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcelino Hug got free with Anastasios Bouroutzikas in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfredinho Machado in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Godofredo Abella saved MAN FC from getting behind. 70 minutes into the game, SÃO JORGE FC - CIMZ's Alfredinho Machado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Godofredo Abella made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. SÃO JORGE FC - CIMZ's Edson-Arantes Pelé was substituted for Eusebio Paulin. MAN FC made a substitution. Saverio Hurko replaced Niceto Euloxu. Godofredo Abella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zdeněk Zápotocký in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, SÃO JORGE FC - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Cederik De Roost came free, but Anastasios Bouroutzikas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, MAN FC's goal looked a bit too open when Walmir Moraes came free, but Godofredo Abella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SÃO JORGE FC - CIMZ's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
