Calvin Strohmayer took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victorino Kelemen. Victorino Kelemen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Herman Bergström in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matheus Toscano saved G.R. from getting behind. Mazaredo AFC's Victorino Kelemen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jamar Vang in the 21st minute of play. In the 25th minute, G.R.'s Guguh Saepuloh dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Calvin Strohmayer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victorino Kelemen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Calvin Strohmayer kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Victorino Kelemen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jamar Vang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, G.R.'s goal looked a bit too open when Herman Bergström came free, but Matheus Toscano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 41 minutes G.R.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Delmiro Ortzi who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Mazaredo AFC's Delmiro Ortzi to fire away a dangerous shot which Matheus Toscano despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Herman Bergström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Calvin Strohmayer to strike the kick off in the second half. Santo Domeka charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santo Domeka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Mazaredo AFC's Santo Domeka got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 57th minute Calvin Strohmayer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Kelemen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victorino Kelemen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jamar Vang in the 61st minute of play. When Herman Bergström came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Mazaredo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herman Bergström couldn't finish the play. Victorino Kelemen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Calvin Strohmayer in the 67th minute of the match. Victorino Kelemen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yefet Bar-Zohar in the 70th minute of play. A collision led to G.R. getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Jamar Vang hit a great ball. Santo Domeka lost his temper 76 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 75th minute of the game. One of Mazaredo AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of G.R.:s goal. Jamar Vang shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After having played for 88 minutes, Genaro Lluterio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mazaredo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Genaro Lluterio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. G.R.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
