Santiago Cañizares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Raphael in the 46th minute of play. Sentimiento Auriazul's Santiago Cañizares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Sentimiento Auriazul from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felix Johans stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Geronimo Tonio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. XENEIXES FC's Damazy Kinic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bob Hinkler in the 69th minute of play. Damazy Kinic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bob Hinkler, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute, Armando Michael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. XENEIXES FC made a substitution. Ambrosio Eutropio replaced Geronimo Tonio. Despite being the better team, Sentimiento Auriazul failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
