Pablo Mei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Efraim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xencio Millan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Galsino in the 10th minute of play. Plaza Jewell's Selim Urkan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Xencio Millan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Efraim in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pablo Mei saved Plaza Jewell from getting behind. In the 15th minute Cardiff City FC were awarded a corner. Everardo Joey went to the cornerflag to take it. When Plaza Jewell's Gaston Galsino in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cardiff City FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 18th minute Julian Efraim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Mei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Cardiff City FC's Julian Efraim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pablo Mei narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Julian Efraim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Salvador Roland fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Plaza Jewell's protests and gave Salvador Roland a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25th match minute, Plaza Jewell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvador Roland to maneuver through the defense. Plaza Jewell were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Cardiff City FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Selim Urkan took the corner. In the 31st minute Fabio Cresconio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xencio Millan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julian Efraim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pablo Mei having to interfere. If Julian Efraim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Plaza Jewell's Pablo Mei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Ler in the 39th minute of play. Cardiff City FC's Xencio Millan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Cresconio in the 45th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Julian Efraim dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pablo Mei, 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Efraim stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jairo Ler might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pablo Mei. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jairo Ler ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Plaza Jewell's goalkeeper Pablo Mei, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 65th minute of the match Cardiff City FC got a corner. Plaza Jewell's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Everardo Joey ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Salvador Roland was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 65 minutes had been played. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of Plaza Jewell:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cardiff City FC:s goal. After a defensive mix-up in Plaza Jewell's zone, Jairo Ler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pablo Mei came out of the goal and Jairo Ler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zabal Ubeda's late challenge caught a Cardiff City FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zabal Ubeda helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Cardiff City FC booed when Plaza Jewell was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zabal Ubeda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cardiff City FC's Nunez Larra quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cayetano Playo, made in the 77th minute of the game. Pablo Mei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nunez Larra in the 77th minute of play. Pablo Mei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Efraim in the 82nd minute of the match. Julian Efraim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Julian Efraim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Cardiff City FC's zone, Gaston Galsino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xencio Millan came out of the goal and Gaston Galsino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the Cardiff City FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
