The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 彭树邦 came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Cardiff City FC's Julian Efraim. But to his dismay, Julian Efraim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Augusto Santio struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. 彭树邦 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cardiff City FC. Julian Efraim scored 2-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 彭树邦, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Emerald defense, Julian Efraim kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 彭树邦. The Emerald fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 彭树邦 should have stopped the shot. Cardiff City FC's Xencio Millan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Piţurcă in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Julian Efraim reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of 彭树邦. The goal made the score 5-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Efraim in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 彭树邦 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Emerald booed when Cardiff City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Ler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xencio Millan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Piţurcă in the 34th minute of play. After 36 played minutes Emerald got a freekick which was hit by Flavius Stoicea. 彭树邦 came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Cardiff City FC's Julian Efraim. But to his dismay, Julian Efraim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. 45 minutes into the match, Cardiff City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Piţurcă came free, but Xencio Millan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 彭树邦 made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Julian Efraim sent off a good shot on target. In the 47th minute, Cardiff City FC's Jairo Ler dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 8-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 8-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Flavius Stoicea was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th match minute, Emerald was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Furlit to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes into the match, Emerald's goal looked a bit too open when Everardo Joey came free, but 彭树邦 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 57 minutes Emerald's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Everardo Joey who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Everardo Joey got away a dangerous shot. Despite this 彭树邦 quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 59th minute, Pastor Gaskon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience held their breath when Matei Félix Júnior in the 61st minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Xencio Millan's left hand side. Cardiff City FC's Xencio Millan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Cardiff City FC from getting a goal against them. Emerald's 彭树邦 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Efraim in the 67th minute of play. Julian Efraim might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 彭树邦. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julian Efraim ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Victor Piţurcă's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xencio Millan was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. 彭树邦 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Efraim in the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute of the match Cardiff City FC got a corner. Emerald's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Everardo Joey ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Everardo Joey almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Emerald's 彭树邦 did a great save. 彭树邦 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Ler in the 77th minute of the match. The corner led Cardiff City FC's Nunez Larra to fire away a dangerous shot which 彭树邦 despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Emerald's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Efraim came free, but 彭树邦 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jairo Ler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Efraim in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 彭树邦 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Jairo Ler came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Cardiff City FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Ler couldn't finish the play. When the referee ended the match the Cardiff City FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
