Spectators: 7478 (Terracing: 5610, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gregorio Mundo in the 8thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joel Bertol, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 10 minutes into the game, KINROAD's Gregorio Mundo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joel Bertol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 15th minute, Tadeo Lorenz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. KINROAD's Gavino Belarmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Bannister in the 16th minute of play. After some careless play in the Rayland FC defense, Gregorio Mundo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joel Bertol. The Rayland FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joel Bertol should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roger Bannister in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gavino Belarmo saved KINROAD from getting behind. Eloi Bermudo might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gavino Belarmo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eloi Bermudo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 31st minute of the match Rayland FC got a corner. KINROAD's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Roger Bannister ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 36 played minutes Rayland FC got a freekick which was hit by Frank Taglieri. Joel Bertol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeo Lorenz, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Endrick de Souza's late challenge caught a KINROAD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Endrick de Souza helped the player get up and apologised. Endrick de Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute Endrick de Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Belarmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roger Bannister to make the kick off. Endrick de Souza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Gavino Belarmo made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeo Lorenz in the 64th minute of play forced Rayland FC's goalkeeper Joel Bertol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The KINROAD fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rayland FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
