The Brasilino players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Trapiche were winning 0-5.

In the 91st minute Cristian Paraense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Xavier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brasilino's Humberto Xavier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Modestio in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Trapiche's Saverio Osasun ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Humberto Xavier. Humberto Xavier yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-14. Trapiche's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
