The supporters of Le Stade Briochin UC booed when SE7EN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cazimir Ogășanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 played minutes Jaime Tabor rounded SE7EN's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. 18 minutes into the match, Le Stade Briochin UC's goal looked a bit too open when Cazimir Ogășanu came free, but Lev Yashin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Le Stade Briochin UC's goalie and right to Erling Åkerman. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Le Stade Briochin UC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Lev Yashin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isto Leppiniemi in the 22nd minute of the match. Sven-Erik Fransson made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Jaime Tabor sent off a good shot on target. SE7EN's Sven-Erik Fransson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save SE7EN from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ludvig Falkrans to make the kick off. After 57 minutes, Jaime Tabor made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. SE7EN's Sven-Erik Fransson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Tabor in the 61st minute of play forced SE7EN's goalkeeper Sven-Erik Fransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Le Stade Briochin UC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Isto Leppiniemi scored to the left of an out of position Lev Yashin, making the score, 3-1. In the 90th minute Nolan Roux shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Erik Fransson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sven-Erik Fransson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Tabor, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Le Stade Briochin UC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of SE7EN for a fine match.
