Larkins Potter's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximilian Wallmark read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Wara's corner Jean-Baptiste Boulebda fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Maximilian Wallmark quite easily take care of the ball. Elias Urdaspal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Valler, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. The corner ended in Camilo Rojas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Blue Boys Predators's Maximilian Wallmark did a great save. In the 44th minute Larkins Potter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximilian Wallmark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Larkins Potter to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Herbert Lundström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Blue Boys Predators's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wara the free kick. A collision led to Blue Boys Predators getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Herbert Lundström hit a great ball. Faouzi Louahla struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Maximilian Wallmark didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wara. An unexpectedly hard shot by Larkins Potter in the 72nd minute of play forced Blue Boys Predators's goalkeeper Maximilian Wallmark to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute, Larkins Potter ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximilian Wallmark was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Maximilian Wallmark was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Larkins Potter blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maximilian Wallmark having to make a save. After some careless play in the Blue Boys Predators defense, Larkins Potter kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximilian Wallmark. The Blue Boys Predators fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximilian Wallmark should have stopped the shot. After 95 played minutes Wara got a freekick which was hit by Jēkabs Pirtslāva. Blue Boys Predators's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
