In the 7th match minute, PGE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Viviano to maneuver through the defense. 9 minutes into the game, Gil Godoi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Dale Nelson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Bartolo Leoiar sped through AFC Wimbledon Wombles's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dale Nelson. Eriberto Charro kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bartolo Leoiar in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dale Nelson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dale Nelson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bartolo Leoiar's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. The audience was convinced that Bartolo Leoiar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dale Nelson was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. After 25 minutes of play, PGE FC's Bartolo Leoiar made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dale Nelson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 28 minutes in the game, Sidney Dunn fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Rolando Merexildo having to interfere. When Gil Godoi came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the PGE FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gil Godoi couldn't finish the play. Dale Nelson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gil Godoi in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute PGE FC were awarded a corner. Bartolo Leoiar went to the cornerflag to take it. The PGE FC fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when PGE FC's Bartolo Leoiar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dale Nelson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Leoiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bartolo Leoiar to make the kick off. Mauro Odon hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Rolando Merexildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jon Newman, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After 72 minutes, Saturnino Ospin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PGE FC and the AFC Wimbledon Wombles players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to PGE FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Saturnino Ospin hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Brendon Crouch managed to get in a good position for a shot. AFC Wimbledon Wombles's supporters rose to their feet, but Brendon Crouch was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Merexildo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 74 minutes into the match, AFC Wimbledon Wombles's goalkeeper Dale Nelson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bartolo Leoiar. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Sidney Dunn managed to get in a good position for a shot. AFC Wimbledon Wombles's supporters rose to their feet, but Sidney Dunn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Merexildo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daryl Fairs hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gil Godoi in the 84th minute of play forced AFC Wimbledon Wombles's goalkeeper Dale Nelson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bartolo Leoiar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Dale Nelson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dale Nelson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Leoiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 87thth minute of the game Bartolo Leoiar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFC Wimbledon Wombles's Dale Nelson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Sidney Dunn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Garth Crichton fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AFC Wimbledon Wombles's protests and gave Garth Crichton a yellow card for diving instead. After 96 played minutes AFC Wimbledon Wombles got a freekick which was hit by Garth Crichton. The PGE FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
