Granate's Jonathan Palmquist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Granate from getting a goal against them. 43 minutes into the match, Granate's goal looked a bit too open when Célio Leite came free, but Jonathan Palmquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 52nd minute, Célio Leite ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Palmquist was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 56 minutes into the game, Enzo Hermon threw the ball into play from the sideline. The Altamora FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Granate had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
