This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Durval Lage as he didn't even see the shot coming. Durval Lage came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Landulfos FC's Andrea Napoleone. But to his dismay, Andrea Napoleone quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Durval Lage took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedrão Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by LA COSA NOSTRA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dedê Fonseca was slow to take the kick. During this time Landulfos FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Landulfos FC's Dedê Fonseca to fire away a dangerous shot which Durval Lage despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Durval Lage took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedrão Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Pedrão Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Landulfos FC booed when LA COSA NOSTRA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adriano Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. Durval Lage showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedrão Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute, Silvestre Castilho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Pedrão Pereira sped through LA COSA NOSTRA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Durval Lage. After 44 minutes, Evandro Azeredo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LA COSA NOSTRA and the Landulfos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Landulfos FC's Matheus Vaz was substituted for Dedê Fonseca. A sloppy throw-in by Fabiano Luz in the 52nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by LA COSA NOSTRA's Adriano Almeida. LA COSA NOSTRA's Durval Lage played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrão Pereira in the 55th minute of play. Durval Lage stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedrão Pereira's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. 61 minutes into the game, Landulfos FC's Andrea Napoleone nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Durval Lage made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Durval Lage showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedrão Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Adriano Almeida's late challenge caught a Landulfos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adriano Almeida helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Landulfos FC booed when LA COSA NOSTRA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 72nd minute, Matheus Vaz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Landulfos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Timóteo Lage recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 84 played minutes Landulfos FC got a freekick which was hit by Matheus Vaz. Durval Lage showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedrão Pereira in the 91st minute of the match. Landulfos FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
