An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmar Berenguer in the 11th minute of play forced Mitnarotov FC's goalkeeper Cemalettin Yatman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hahay's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gaudencio Cresconio in the 13th minute. After taking down the ball on Hahay's corner Gaudencio Cresconio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cemalettin Yatman quite easily take care of the ball. In the 15th match minute, Hahay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Gardocki to maneuver through the defense. Waldemar Banaszak kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Aigeus Milionis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sylwester Tscherner in the 16th minute of play. After 17 played minutes Hahay got a freekick which was hit by Steve Gerrard. Aigeus Milionis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hortêncio Rosa in the 28th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Mitnarotov FC defense, Wawrzyniec Lewandowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cemalettin Yatman. The Mitnarotov FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cemalettin Yatman should have stopped the shot. Cemalettin Yatman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wawrzyniec Lewandowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Aigeus Milionis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rasgun Cool in the 37th minute. Sebastian Fleischer hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After 40 played minutes, Mitnarotov FC's Sylwester Tscherner shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aigeus Milionis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mitnarotov FC reached it. When Rasgun Cool came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Mitnarotov FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rasgun Cool couldn't finish the play. Rasgun Cool might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aigeus Milionis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rasgun Cool ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rasgun Cool in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aigeus Milionis saved Hahay from getting behind. 47 minutes into the match, Hahay's goalkeeper Aigeus Milionis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rasgun Cool. After the first half Hahay were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Mitnarotov FC made a substitution. Percival Koehler replaced Rasgun Cool. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anıl Ege Ufuk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Boruc Radzyminski hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Aigeus Milionis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anıl Ege Ufuk in the 58th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wawrzyniec Lewandowski during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 58th minute, Wawrzyniec Lewandowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 59 played minutes Hahay got a freekick which was hit by Wawrzyniec Lewandowski. Mitnarotov FC were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Hahay's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sylwester Tscherner took the corner. Hortêncio Rosa made a great header on Mitnarotov FC's corner, it was just that Hahay's Aigeus Milionis managed to reach the ball for a save. 65 minutes into the match, Mitnarotov FC's Anıl Ege Ufuk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aigeus Milionis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anıl Ege Ufuk might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aigeus Milionis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anıl Ege Ufuk ran back to his position shaking his head. Hahay's Radoslaw Zakrzewski was substituted for Wawrzyniec Lewandowski. Anıl Ege Ufuk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aigeus Milionis having to make a save. Aigeus Milionis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anıl Ege Ufuk in the 78th minute of the match. Aigeus Milionis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anıl Ege Ufuk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 83 minutes, Steve Gerrard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hahay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Steve Gerrard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Mitnarotov FC booed when Hahay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wawrzyniec Glapiak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wawrzyniec Glapiak hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The Hahay supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Hahay would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
