Hans-Jürgen Nudelman went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Hans-Jürgen Nudelman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Tierras altas AFC's Antonio Natal did a great save. Muhammad Lim kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Antonio Natal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabrizio Ravanelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tierras altas AFC's Antonio Natal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Göran Nordgren in the 32nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Walter Siggman in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antonio Natal saved Tierras altas AFC from getting behind. Samyang Ramen's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hans-Jürgen Nudelman in the 35th minute. The corner ended in Hans-Jürgen Nudelman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Tierras altas AFC's Antonio Natal did a great save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Walter Siggman in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antonio Natal saved Tierras altas AFC from getting behind. Walter Siggman scored 3-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Antonio Natal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 44 minutes into the match, Tierras altas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrizio Ravanelli came free, but Antonio Natal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hans-Jürgen Nudelman struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Antonio Natal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Samyang Ramen. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luciano Santin to make the kick off.
