In the 19th minute, Emilio Cascajares ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Domenico Forlano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After a long run with the ball, Tiberiu Balint did a trick in the 23rd minute in front of Fiume Veneto's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Cascajares in the 31st minute of play forced Fiume Veneto's goalkeeper Domenico Forlano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emilio Cascajares scored 0-5 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Domenico Forlano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Fiume Veneto's zone, Emilio Cascajares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domenico Forlano came out of the goal and Emilio Cascajares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Claudinei Custódio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emilio Cascajares in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Domenico Forlano saved Fiume Veneto from getting behind. A collision led to Fiume Veneto getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Emilio Esposito hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Alfredo Tornese made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, October 04's Emilio Cascajares nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Domenico Forlano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Domenico Forlano came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by October 04's Emilio Cascajares. But to his dismay, Emilio Cascajares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Emilio Cascajares might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Domenico Forlano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emilio Cascajares ran back to his position shaking his head. Emilio Cascajares blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Domenico Forlano having to make a save. Domenico Forlano was a little too slow when Emilio Cascajares got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 0-9. October 04's Luís Fabiano Gaspar was substituted for Andrey Nazarov. October 04 made a substitution. Harvey Elliott replaced Claudinei Custódio. In the 75th minute, October 04's Tiberiu Balint dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-10. Demetrio Giorgi kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Fiume Veneto's Domenico Forlano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Cascajares in the 79th minute of play. Domenico Forlano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Cascajares, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute, Emilio Cascajares left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The October 04 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-11. In the 86th match minute, Fiume Veneto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Tornese to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Emilio Cascajares managed to get in a good position for a shot. October 04's supporters rose to their feet, but Emilio Cascajares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domenico Forlano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 90th minute, Emilio Cascajares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Domenico Forlano made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Emilio Cascajares sent off a good shot on target.
