Spectators: 7534 (Terracing: 5652, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jonas Herz started the match with the kick off. Eskil Vester took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Irwin Monney, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Herz in the 6th minute of play forced October 04's goalkeeper Eskil Vester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute Jonas Herz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eskil Vester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emilio Cascajares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sepp Mainville read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Eskil Vester came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Zelg FC's Jonas Herz. But to his dismay, Jonas Herz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 16 played minutes Zelg FC got a freekick which was hit by Irwin Monney. Zelg FC's Stephan Eichenberger quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Andrey Nazarov, made in the 21st minute of the game. A nice corner shot did that Fellipe Valle got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sepp Mainville quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Eskil Vester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilles Clerc, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Fellipe Valle hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. If Emilio Cascajares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emilio Cascajares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sepp Mainville showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Cascajares, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Stefano Hubli hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fellipe Valle in the 54th minute of play forced Zelg FC's goalkeeper Sepp Mainville to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zelg FC's Jan Giacomozzi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Andrey Nazarov, made in the 62nd minute of the game. 66 minutes into the match, October 04's Emilio Cascajares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sepp Mainville narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonas Herz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Eskil Vester tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. October 04 made a substitution. Luís Paulo Pernambucano replaced Aníbal Correia. 73 minutes into the game, Jan Giacomozzi threw the ball into play from the sideline. October 04's Dariusz Rogoz quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Fellipe Valle struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Sepp Mainville didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for October 04. 77 minutes into the match, Zelg FC's Gilles Clerc sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eskil Vester narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eskil Vester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Herz, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After a rather tough play, October 04's Dariusz Rogoz got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Jonas Herz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eskil Vester having to interfere. 87 minutes into the game, Zelg FC's Jonas Herz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eskil Vester made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Zelg FC's Sepp Mainville played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Cascajares in the 91st minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Zelg FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
