After taking down the ball on GeRaÇãO-83's corner Per-Oskar Ekgren fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Costin Ignătoiu quite easily take care of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Medero Gadea during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th match minute, GeRaÇãO-83 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulinho Ralf to maneuver through the defense. Costin Ignătoiu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edin Džeko went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. AFC PunisherS™ made a substitution. Ciprian Groza replaced Fabian Ciociu. Edin Džeko might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Costin Ignătoiu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edin Džeko ran back to his position shaking his head. Costin Ignătoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edin Džeko, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Costin Ignătoiu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Medero Gadea's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Edin Džeko put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Costin Ignătoiu. A collision led to GeRaÇãO-83 getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Mario Cristofor hit a great ball. Costin Ignătoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edin Džeko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Costin Ignătoiu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edin Džeko's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Costin Ignătoiu came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by GeRaÇãO-83's Edin Džeko. But to his dismay, Edin Džeko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Costin Ignătoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edin Džeko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Medero Gadea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. GeRaÇãO-83 were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after AFC PunisherS™'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Per-Oskar Ekgren took the corner. Isac Frunză tried in the 59th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Costin Ignătoiu a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 0-5. After a defensive mix-up in AFC PunisherS™'s zone, Edin Džeko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Costin Ignătoiu came out of the goal and Edin Džeko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edin Džeko took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Costin Ignătoiu. Costin Ignătoiu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Costin Ignătoiu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 68th minute, which inside left pole to 0-7. Costin Ignătoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edin Džeko in the 71st minute of play. Medero Gadea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Costin Ignătoiu made a huge save. Medero Gadea who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Costin Ignătoiu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of GeRaÇãO-83 booed when AFC PunisherS™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavril Chibulcutean didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to AFC PunisherS™ getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Ivan Pandele hit a great ball. Costin Ignătoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edin Džeko in the 90th minute of the match. The GeRaÇãO-83 fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when GeRaÇãO-83's Edin Džeko looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-10 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
