Spectators: 7528 (Terracing: 5647, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jeronimo Errapel started the match with the kick off. Sebastian Xabier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aníbal Alagoano in the 3rd minute of the match. After 5th play minutes Jeronimo Errapel shot 1-0, a short shot which went by David Seaman and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aníbal Alagoano in the 8th minute of play forced SOUTH THUNDER's goalkeeper Sebastian Xabier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Seaman came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by SOUTH THUNDER's Conrado Emesto. But to his dismay, Conrado Emesto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Aníbal Alagoano struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Sebastian Xabier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jenipapo SC. After 12 played minutes SOUTH THUNDER got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Sindo. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind SOUTH THUNDER's goalkeeper Sebastian Xabier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, Aníbal Alagoano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sebastian Xabier. SOUTH THUNDER's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aníbal Alagoano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 24thth minute of the game Aníbal Alagoano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SOUTH THUNDER's Sebastian Xabier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Aníbal Alagoano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sebastian Xabier was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aníbal Alagoano in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastian Xabier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Aníbal Alagoano put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Sebastian Xabier. In the 32nd match minute, SOUTH THUNDER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Errapel to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, SOUTH THUNDER's Augusto Raymond got a free kick in the 34th minute. Sebastian Xabier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aníbal Alagoano in the 37th minute of the match. The Jenipapo SC fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Jenipapo SC's Aníbal Alagoano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind SOUTH THUNDER's goalkeeper Sebastian Xabier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 41stth minute of the game Aníbal Alagoano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SOUTH THUNDER's Sebastian Xabier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vinicio Junior sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 47 minutes SOUTH THUNDER's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arsenio Gipuzkoa who took care of the corner kick. Arsenio Gipuzkoa made a great header on Jenipapo SC's corner, it was just that SOUTH THUNDER's Sebastian Xabier managed to reach the ball for a save.

In the 51stth minute of the game Aníbal Alagoano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SOUTH THUNDER's Sebastian Xabier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Vinicio Junior had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vinicio Junior recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 65th minute, Norberto Incendio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute of the match, Aníbal Alagoano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sebastian Xabier saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 68 minutes into the match, SOUTH THUNDER's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Junior came free, but Sebastian Xabier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th match minute, SOUTH THUNDER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Arias to maneuver through the defense. SOUTH THUNDER made a substitution. Germán Pezzella replaced Norberto Incendio. In the 75th minute of the match, Raphael Cunha tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sebastian Xabier saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jenipapo SC were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after SOUTH THUNDER's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arsenio Gipuzkoa took the corner. The corner ended in Aníbal Alagoano almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SOUTH THUNDER's Sebastian Xabier did a great save. With his leg Sebastian Xabier managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when Jenipapo SC's Aníbal Alagoano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Aníbal Alagoano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Sebastian Xabier when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, SOUTH THUNDER's Sebastian Xabier got control of the ball when Aníbal Alagoano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vinicio Junior might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastian Xabier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vinicio Junior ran back to his position shaking his head. After 93 played minutes, Jenipapo SC's Zé Carlos Monteiro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sebastian Xabier came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jenipapo SC reached it. SOUTH THUNDER's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Aníbal Alagoano 94 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-6.
