Guo Han Di took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chan Clet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Green Horses fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Cristian-Federico Dolić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Green Horses getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Demis Mitsis hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, Oldham Athletic's Filippo Bobbio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wlodzimierz Rawa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 25th match minute, Green Horses was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaggelos Keratakis to maneuver through the defense. After 29th play minutes Zhao Yao Ying shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Wlodzimierz Rawa and just under the crossbar into goal. Braulio Hodei hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. A hard shot 40 in the game by Chan Clet from a close distance when the talented Guo Han Di managed to make a qualified save. Oldham Athletic's players were relieved. After 43 played minutes Oldham Athletic got a freekick which was hit by Filippo Bobbio. If Cristian-Federico Dolić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Valter Abrahamsson kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Chan Clet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Green Horses's Wlodzimierz Rawa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sune Axelsson in the 78th minute of play. If Valter Abrahamsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zhao Yao Ying could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Wlodzimierz Rawa made a huge save. In the 85thth minute of the game Chan Clet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oldham Athletic's Guo Han Di was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Sune Axelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Demis Mitsis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sakarias Walmarsson during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Chan Clet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guo Han Di having to make a save. In the 93rd minute Chan Clet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guo Han Di saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chan Clet scored 3-2 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guo Han Di, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Green Horses support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
