Spectators: 7579 (Terracing: 5685, Seating: 1743, VIP seats: 151) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Noel Marinho kicked off to start the match. SLB TELHA's Lisandro Festas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne Botnen in the 5th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Saga TF's zone, Patrik Beaton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joachim Forseth came out of the goal and Patrik Beaton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 12 minutes into the match, Saga TF's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Chesus came free, but Joachim Forseth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lisandro Festas made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Erik Cantona sent off a good shot on target. After 18 minutes, Erik Cantona made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. SLB TELHA's Lisandro Festas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Patrik Beaton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by SLB TELHA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Billy Backman was slow to take the kick. During this time Saga TF's players had a chance to rest. If Trond Gilde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joachim Forseth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Noel Marinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute Patrik Beaton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joachim Forseth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joachim Forseth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noel Marinho in the 37th minute of play forced Saga TF's goalkeeper Joachim Forseth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erik Cantona could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Lisandro Festas made a huge save. In the 40th minute Saga TF were awarded a corner. Billy Backman went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Billy Backman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lisandro Festas quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Brian Laudrup made in the 44th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Arne Botnen. SLB TELHA's Lisandro Festas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save SLB TELHA from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Erik Cantona made the kick off in the second half. Joachim Forseth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noel Marinho in the 51st minute of the match. The throw-in from Brian Laudrup in the 61st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SLB TELHA's Hildeberto Cortez. A collision led to SLB TELHA getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Patrik Beaton hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erik Cantona in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lisandro Festas saved SLB TELHA from getting behind. 68 minutes into the match, Saga TF's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Beaton came free, but Joachim Forseth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute Arne Botnen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lisandro Festas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by SLB TELHA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Billy Backman was slow to take the kick. During this time Saga TF's players had a chance to rest. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind SLB TELHA's goalkeeper Lisandro Festas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 91 played minutes SLB TELHA got a freekick which was hit by Hildeberto Cortez. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Erik Cantona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saga TF's supporters rose to their feet, but Erik Cantona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lisandro Festas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Saga TF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
